1. Webinar Services

Hindsight Publishing provides professional educational webinars for legal and medical professionals. By registering for our webinars, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Access

• All webinars require advance registration and payment
• Access details will be sent to the email address provided during registration
• Recordings will be made available to all registered participants

3. Pricing and Payment

Individual webinar pricing is clearly stated on each event page. Group registration rates may be available upon direct request.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund available if cancellation is requested up to 5 days before the webinar date
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us a minimum of 24 hours in advance
• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance
• In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date

5. Recording and Materials

All webinar content, including recordings and materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Sharing or distributing webinar recordings is strictly prohibited
• Materials are for professional use only
• Recording the webinar is not permitted; where applicable, a recording will be made available to all registrants.

6. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection
• Compatible device with audio capabilities
• Required software (e.g., Microsoft Teams) installed and updated
